Whether you are gluten-free, casein-free or not, you might enjoy the campfire treat I created for my children on our last camp out.
It was absolutely yummy.
And could be topped with fresh berries to add a bit of nutrition to the decadence, as I did.
To make it, I simply placed a gluten-free, casein-free pizza crust on foil. On top of it, I spread a little Earth Balance (“butter”), some casein-free mini-chocolate chips, some coconut sugar, some cinnamon, and some coconut shreds.
Then, we waited until the chocolate chips got melty.
I transferred the pizza to a picnic table, used a knife to spread the chocolate and cut the pizza into slices, and we all dug in!
Easy peasy and oh so good!
